By taking any of the following affirmative actions, you (“you” or “User”) give your explicit, informed, and irrevocable consent (“Consent”) to the collection, use, processing, storage, sharing, and cross-border transfer of your personal data by MoneyCat Financing Inc., doing business under the names MoneyCat.Ph and One Click Money.Ph, with SEC Registration No. CS201953073 and registered address at Unit 2A, 17th Floor, Robinsons Cybergate Center 3, Pioneer Street, Mandaluyong City (“MoneyCat” or the “Company”).

Consent to Personal Data Processing is effective upon any affirmative action listed below. Affirmative actions indicating consent include, but are not limited to:

• Clicking the “GET CASH TODAY” button on the website https://moneycat.ph (the “Website”);
• Clicking the “Register” button in the MoneyCat mobile application;
• Checking a consent checkbox on the Website;
• Replying affirmatively to an SMS request;
• Entering a one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS;
• Providing verbal consent in a recorded phone or mobile call;
• Registering as a User on the Website;
• Entering into a Credit Agreement with the Company.

The Consent applies to the processing of personal data as part of, or in connection with the use of of Platform’s Services, including but not limited to the following documents (collectively, the “Agreement”):

• The General Terms and Conditions;
• Loan Application;
• Any Approval Notices issued by the Company;
• All schedules, annexes, and supplemental agreements related to the Credit Agreement.

By giving this Consent, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Your personal data may be processed for purposes including, but not limited to: credit evaluation, customer verification, loan application review, contract execution, account management, communications, analytics, risk and fraud assessment, customer service, marketing (with separate consent if required), and legal or regulatory compliance.
2. MoneyCat may share your data with its authorized third-party service providers, partners, affiliates, or representatives for legitimate business or operational purposes, including credit scoring, collections, system hosting, and analytics.
3. Your personal data may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside the Philippines, where data protection laws may differ. Such transfers shall be in accordance with applicable privacy laws and appropriate safeguards shall be applied.

The User affirms that they have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to this Consent and the terms of the Agreement. This Consent shall remain valid for the duration of your relationship with MoneyCat and for as long as necessary thereafter, unless withdrawn in writing, subject to applicable legal or regulatory requirements.

MoneyCat’s primary business is to help trustworthy clients access financial resources, and we facilitate financial transactions through our mobile application, utilizing specially developed rules to protect both clients and investors from fraud. These rules are based on analyzing the installed applications on your device, which helps us effectively identify fraudsters who may attempt to copy our application to deceive customers and engage in fraudulent activities. The information regarding installed applications is collected solely for the purpose of ensuring financial transaction security and protecting our clients and investors from fraud, and we do not use this data for any other purposes.

MoneyCat collects and processes personal information, including but not limited to:

• Contact Information – Full name, contact number, email address, postal address, and similar details.
• Financial Information – Bank account details, credit card information, and other relevant financial data.
• Personal Information – Date of birth, marital status, government-issued identification details, and photographs.

The following personal information is collected and processed by MoneyCat upon receipt of your Consent:

• Mobile device data (e.g., SIM, IMEI, or other device identifiers, type of device, device operating system, device settings, user account information for your mobile device or Google PlayStore account, information about mobile network provider, device specifications).
• Location data (e.g., mobile device location, time zone setting).
• Phone data (e.g., contact lists, SMS metadata, types and nature of mobile applications found on your mobile device)
• Mobile app usage data (e.g., traffic volume, mobile app usage) and telecommunications usage data or “telco usage score”.

You explicitly consent that your personal and telecommunication usage data or “telco usage score” can be used by MoneyCat during and after the lifetime of the loan for ongoing credit scoring purposes as well as to be able to score you for future loan applications, financial or consumer products and services, whether for MoneyCat or for another party.

MoneyCat may collect personal information directly from you, from publicly available sources, or from third parties authorized to disclose such information, and MoneyCat may also require you to submit updated identification documents for verification. MoneyCat Financing does not collect data from clipboard history, installed applications, or social accounts unless explicitly authorized and necessary for fraud prevention and security measures. The collection and processing of such data will comply with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and its implementing rules and regulations.

You, by providing your Consent, authorize the disclosure to and collection of your personal data from third-party entities engaged by MoneyCat for the purposes stated hereunder. These third-party entities may include, but are not limited to:

• Your employer (for auto-debit or other auto-deduction mechanisms), whether private or government,
• Telecommunication companies (e.g., Globe, PLDT, Smart, Sun Cellular),
• Utility companies (e.g., Meralco, Maynilad),

Data Collection and Uploads for Fraud Prevention

To ensure the proper operation of our client services, prevent fraud, and protect the security of your data, MoneyCat Financing collects, uploads, and processes certain user and device data as necessary for these purposes. The data collected and uploaded includes, but is not limited to:

• Clipboard Data – Clipboard data is uploaded to https://api.overwatch.bureau.id solely for the proper functionality of our services and to detect fraudulent activity. This data is used exclusively for fraud prevention and is not used for any other purpose.
• Installed Application Information – Information about the applications installed on your device is uploaded to https://1rqmxn-conversions.appsflyersdk.com for the purpose of fraud detection and ensuring the integrity and security of our services. This information is used strictly to detect fraud and is not shared with third parties, except where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention.
• Images – Image data is uploaded to https://ph-mob-app.moneycat.ph for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes. These images will only be used for the stated purposes and will not be stored or used for any unrelated function.
• Social Account Information – Information relating to your social media accounts may be analyzed to assist with fraud detection. MoneyCat does not store or transfer this data to third parties under any circumstances.

These data uploads and collections are conducted exclusively for fraud detection, service security, and to protect the safety of our customers and investors. By using our Services, you consent to the collection, uploading, and processing of such data as outlined above. • Improving Website content, design, and user interface;
• Enhancing Service efficiency and performance;

Additionally, the User expressly consents to the collection and access of mobile device data, including but not limited to SIM information, IMEI number, operating system details (iOS/Android), device settings, user account information, device specifications, geolocation data, phone usage data, and telecommunication usage scores. This access may occur during the lifetime of the loan and, where necessary, after the maturity of the loan, strictly for purposes such as:

• Credit assessment and scoring;
• Marketing and promotional activities;
• Service improvement and enhancement;
• Customer support and assistance;
• Fraud detection and regulatory compliance.
• To assess suitability for the Services, including but not limited to conducting all necessary background checks that may include credit scoring and investigation, data analytics;
• To use for data analytics, statistical analysis and demographics, business development purposes (e.g., improvement of the mobile app and MoneyCat Financing credit scoring algorithm, the creation of effective service delivery and payment collection strategies, improving customer experience, customer assistance), and the direct marketing of MoneyCat existing and prospective financial services.
• To conduct studies, research, statistical, automatic and manual profile analysis, behavioral modeling (including without limitation training and back-testing machine learning algorithms of third party service provider’s software with the use of historical loan data) on values, scores, metrics from personal data, preferences, financial behavior across product interactions, along with market trends, to develop and improve the efficiency and reliability of products and services, assess of risk profile.

Disclosure of Personal Information

The Company may share your personal information with third parties, including but not limited to:

• Affiliates and Corporate Family: Direct and indirect subsidiaries of MoneyCat to facilitate service provision, ensure compliance with Company policies, detect fraud, and conduct data analytics, including marketing communications.
